The Ghana Youth Manifesto (GYM) Coalition lauds Ghana's New Government led by His
Excellency John Dramani Mahama for the establishment of the Ministry of Youth Development
and Empowerment by Executive Instrument on 9th January, 2025, under Section 11(3) of the Civil
Service Act, 1993 (PNDCL 327). The Coalition highly commends his Excellency, President John
Mahama for fulfilling one of the crucial campaign promises of the National Democratic Party to
the Youth of Ghana.
