PROCESS: FOSDA is inviting Regional Youth Networks to submit a maximum 3 pages proposal expressing interest and capacity to conduct a monitoring exercise across at least 5 TVET institutions. The capacity includes detailing how and where the monitoring will be conducted, who is targeted for the campaign as well as how the advocacy campaign will be sustained
